The preferred submission method for the Study Away Form is to complete the Google Doc and submit electronically. Click this link, which will require you to create your own copy of the Study Away Form in a Google Drive account. Use pages 2-5 of the form to make your calculations and share your preferences, and then fill in the first page including your typed signature at the bottom. Please double-check to make sure that you have completed all five pages before sending the form. Finally, share your completed Study Away Form with Dr. Bledsoe at firstname.lastname@example.org by using the share button.
If you prefer to submit a hard copy of the Study Away Form, Dr. Bledsoe’s office is BALA 280, or you can leave the form with Kathy Garrett, the secretary for the College of Liberal Arts, who sits outside the English office suite at BA. If you prefer a hard copy, you can download the form here as a Word document, print, sign, and submit in person.
